Biodanza supports us to awaken our human potential and create connections through exquisite music, movement, and beautiful invitations

Research shows that this sense of wellbeing comes from the major biochemical and neurological rebalancing that happens in the body during a session.

Biodanza is offered in a group setting, as it is not an individual process. As a group, in pairs, and as individuals within the group, participants explore movement, rhythm, feelings, and self-expression, unfolding into an experience of vivencia – to be vividly alive in the present moment.

For some, Biodanza is about fun, guided expressive movement that brings renewal and optimism.

For others, Biodanza is a journey into a process of profound growth.

It only takes a single session of Biodanza to feel energised, restored, and in a positive space.

With regular sessions, you can start to create what you really desire in your life.

Here’s what you can expect in a weekly session

  • A welcoming and inclusive environment

  • 2 hour session

  • An invitation to take part in moving to a range of exquisitely curated music

  • A joyful and energetic start where you are invited to interact with others as well as moving with yourself. This is followed by slow and gentle movements to calm your nervous system and to rest

  • Each dance invites you to a free or guided movement that rarely involves set steps

  • Progressivity through a series of Biodanza sessions to support you to connect with your vitality and increase your capacity to respond more fully to life

    These sessions are suitable for adults of different abilities and is adaptable to your individual needs. No dance or Biodanza experience is required.
