I love space holding

I LOVE space holding. It's one of my superpowers as a circle host, transformational life coach and facilitator.

What does space holding even mean?

For me, it's about creating a safe and special space for people to drop into themselves and allow what needs to surface to surface. It's a sacred space that I create with my full presence, love, wisdom and intuition. I ask powerful questions to support another to feel into what they need. I witness them in all their feelings, thoughts and states. I withhold judgement and I allow my intuition to guide us in the space. I am only holding space where there is clear permission from the other - through words, body language and energy exchange.

I love holding space because I can see and feel the other person's beauty reveal itself. Beauty in all its form - a big grin, relief, tears, anger, cheekiness, love, hurt, fun.

I love witnessing their transformation - whether in circle space for two hours, over a meal or even a 15 minute chat. I love how safe others feel in my presence - a gift that I have been cultivating since I was a little girl.

It is such an honour to be invited into someone's space and I treat each moment with love and respect. As I space hold, I also feel that I'm living one of my purposes here on earth.

And wow, what a privilege!
