Healthy boundaries

In my journey of transformation, I started to enquire into this thing called boundaries.

🔥 What does it mean to me?
🔥 How does it serve me?
🔥 In what ways can I create my boundaries?

As I enquire, I learn the following:

🔥 Boundaries are about saying yes to me. That I am worthy. That my energy, time and space matters. That it won't be the end of the world if I took pause and look after myself.

🔥 Boundaries serve me by giving me space for my own processes, learnings, rest, growth and play. They serve me by helping me feel safe. They serve by creating clarity for myself and those around me.

🔥 I can create boundaries in different ways. By being clear in my communication, by disconnecting from the digital space, by creating an energetic bubble around me in shopping centres, by using my yang energy to be disciplined in my wellbeing, by simply saying no to others, which means yes to myself.

How does it feel if I told you that creating boundaries is a pathway to greater freedom, clarity and ease in life?
