Manifesting our Dream Life

Thoughts and feelings become our reality.

We often think that we need to manifest intentionally - think 'pleasant' thoughts, have vision boards etc but in reality, we are manifesting everyday - whether we think we are having a 'bad' day and the coffee gets spilt on us, or a friend calls after only thinking of them the day before.

We are just so damn powerful!

It was so wonderful to share with my workshop participants the skills and practices that I use to manifesting my career as an int'l aid worker, going on my self funded sabbaticals in Argentina to study Tango and Spanish, living a digital nomadic life, choosing the hours that I work, and now a man in my life, who is aligned with my values of growth, love and fun.

It is all so possible.

Some manifestations are quick, others happen when we are ready. And some don't look the way our mind wants it to look, but the Universe delivers something far greater.

This is the power of manifesting - intentionally or otherwise. And it is so important to cultivate what we bring into our lives - our thoughts, our environment, people we surround ourselves with.
